COMMUNITY LIVING ARRANGEMENT
UCP of Arkansas’ Community Living Arrangement (CLA) is a 15-bed Intermediate Care Facilities for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities (ICF/IID). Similar to the adult centers, CLA provides rehabilitation and therapy services to adults with disabilities ages 18+. The goal of CLA is to provide the adults with opportunities for increased independence and community participation which in turn enhances their quality of life.
CES WAIVER SERVICES
The Community Employment Service (CES), commonly referred to as “Medicaid Waiver,” is a Medicaid funded program that provides service and support for individuals so they may live in their community and not institutions or nursing homes. The CES program, founded on a Multi-Agency Plan of Services (MAPS), provides each program participant with an individualized plan of services and supports to meet their unique needs. Through the CES program, we can provide direct services to individuals across the state.

ACHIEVE: EMPLOYMENT
The program consists of six unique training modules individuals utilize so as to familiarize themselves with high-demand jobs, cultivating relevant skill and experience. Further, Achieve: Employment aims to locate opportunities that fit each person’s strengths and capabilities. The belief that everyone deserves an opportunity for employment — and, therefore, may become independent adults — is the basis of Achieve.
Achieve: Employment is different from other programs around the State because we not only help the job-seeker but we rally around their family, friends, and future employer to help provide a network of care unmatched by any other provider.
Separately, we work one-on-one with employers who are interested in learning more about hiring from our program. This one-on-one free consultation and case management is included for the lifetime that the employer works with Achieve, providing a supported referral source to help provide quality staffing where and when employers need it most.
