36TH STREET ADULT CENTER

Our 36th Street Adult Center in Little Rock is a multifaceted location where we provide rehabilitation and therapy services to adults and house our supported employment program. UCP of Arkansas supported employment is a “place and training” model instead of the “train and place” model found in Sheltered Workshops and Work Activities facilities. We utilize a job coach responsible for training individuals living with a disability on job duties and responsibilities. Ultimately, the job coach reduces the time spent with the individual as the individual successfully performs all aspects of the job.
